Description
Our Cocoon Swaddle Bags are designed to be both easy to use and difficult to escape from. This zip-up swaddle is TOG rated for warmth to keep a baby snug and securely swaddled without the need for complicated wrapping from day one. Being TOG-rated means that the 2.5 TOG can be used on its own in room temperatures between 17–21°C / 63–70°F with no blankets in the bassinet or cot to make this a safe sleep option for a newborn or baby. The chest area is 1.0TOG rated to prevent overheating and allow for full chest expansion when breathing. Parents can layer up underneath as needed for warmth, and follow our handy FREE room thermometer and what to wear guide included with the product to help them dress their child appropriately. We recommend pairing this with one of our TOG-rated Layers or Bodywear underneath (sold separately).
The Cocoon Swaddle bag is made from and filled with GOTS certified organic cotton, with elastane in the outer fabric and bamboo in the lining. This means it's firm enough to restrict startle reflex whilst still allowing stretch and movement for healthy growth. The stretch allows for added comfort, and for a baby to move its hands into a self-settling position inside the swaddle. The soft, breathable organic cotton and bamboo is certified non-toxic, dyed with water based dyes, and gentle on newborn skin, and skin prone to eczema breakouts. A zip enclosure also protects your child's delicate skin, and the handy arm poppers transition the Cocoon from an arms-in swaddle to arms-out sleeping bag when baby is showing signs of rolling. The bell shaped design is approved by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute as being hip-healthy, and promotes proper joint development in the hips and shoulders joints. Finally, the two-way zipper makes for quick and easy nappy changes during sleep with minimal disruptions.
The Cocoon Swaddle Bag meets all safety standards in Australia and New Zealand and is reviewed by the Eczema Association of Australasia as a skin-friendly product.

Description
Our most popular Bag is now with Sleeves! The 2.5 TOG Jersey Sleeping Bag with Sleeves is a baby and toddler safe-sleeping bag designed for arms-out sleepers (usually from around 3 months of age). Being 2.5 TOG-rated ensures the bag is insulated to use in room temperatures between 17-21°C / (63-70°F) with no blankets required in the cot making this a safe sleep option for baby.
The Jersey Bag has a slim-fit, stretchy design similar to that of a swaddle and is recommended as baby's 'first sleeping bag' after the swaddling phase is over. The safe-sleep approved design is made from, and filled with, soft, stretchy GOTS certified organic cotton that is non-toxic and gentle of baby's skin. Natural fibres, and no polyester, makes this sleeping bag breathable, and will help regulate your child's temperature during sleep to prevent overheating. The ergonomically designed bag features a bell-shaped bottom to promote healthy hip joint development and is approved by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute, and the material is stretchy to allow baby to move more freely and stay comfortable while they sleep.
The addition of sleeves on the 2.5 TOG pouch gives you more flexibility with fluctuating room temperatures over the year. Parents can follow the FREE room thermometer and What to Wear guide provided, to layer appropriately underneath to keep their child warm. We recommend pairing this pouch with one of our TOG-rated Layers or Bodywear underneath, and Arm Warmers can be added on top of the pouch for extra warmth (all sold separately). If your child tens to run hot, you might want to consider the sleeveless 2.5 TOG Jersey Bag instead.
The Jersey Sleeping Bag meets all safety standards in Australia and New Zealand and is reviewed by the Eczema Association of Australasia as a skin-friendly product. All ergoPouch fabrics are dyed with non-toxic water based dyes, and come in trend-driven prints and colours to suit any nursery. All our prints are designed in-house.

The award-winning Sleep Suit Bag converts from a Sleeping Bag to a Sleep Suit with legs using the 4-way zippers. The 400 thread count organic cotton outer has a silky smooth feel, and is made from an easy-care woven cotton fabric, similar to the feel of a flat sheet on your own bed. The stretchy side and shoulder panels are made from organic jersey cotton and ergonomically designed to allow your little one to move freely and prevent getting tangled during sleep.
In Sleep Suit mode (with legs), this is the perfect sleep solution for little wrigglers and movers who like more leg freedom in sleep, and toddlers/pre-schoolers transitioning from cot to bed. Whilst in suit mode, the product can also be used with a 5-point harness such as in a pram for day sleeps on walks*. In Sleep Suit mode, as sleeping bag with legs, the product provides comfort by not restricting the legs during sleep, and reduces the risk of cot climbing injury. Grip pads on the feet keep your little one stable if walking overnight to the bathroom (or into your room!). The four-way zippers provide ease of use for overnight toilet training. In either Bag or Suit mode, the product is hip-friendly for growing hip joints.
The long-sleeve 2.5 TOG Sleep Suit Bag is perfect for keeping a child warm during sleep in room temperatures 17–21°C / 63–70°F (ideal for cooler weather). The warm 2.5 TOG rating means that there is no need for additional blankets in the cot when using this product, making it a safe-sleep option. Parents can be assured the breathable GOTS certified Organic Cotton will help your child maintain an even temperature whilst sleeping, and prevent overheating. The stretchy organic jersey long sleeves are a soft fleecy material and rated 1.0 TOG to provide extra warmth on chilly nights. The sleeves feature fold over cuffs and mitts for keeping fingers and hands warm too. Parents can follow the FREE room thermometer and What to Wear guide provided with the warm Sleep Suit Bag, to layer appropriately underneath to keep their child warm. We recommend pairing this pouch with one of our TOG-rated Layers, Bodywear or Pyjama's underneath (all sold separately).

How To Use
In 'Bag' mode:
- Use like a regular sleeping bag. Given the zip configuration, we suggest only opening the upper zips to dress.
- Put your childs legs into the bag first, in an upright or lying down position. Pull up over shoulders and put the arms in last. Zip up.
- To change a nappy or use the toilet, undo the lower zips 3/4 of the way down. Remove their legs and lower torso as needed. Put legs back into the bag and zip up when finished.
To transition/use as a Suit:
- Undo the zips in the lower portion of the pouch
- Connect the front left zip to the back left zips, and zip up all the way to the crotch. Repeat on the right side and voila, you have two 'legs'.
- Dress your child in the Suit by opening the upper zip only. Given the zip configuration, we suggest putting your child's legs in first, in an upright position, and then putting the arms in.
- To change a nappy or use the toilet, undo the lower leg zips 3/4 of the way down. Remove their legs and lower torso as needed. Put legs back into the suit and zip up when finished.

Description
The Sleep Onesie is a TOG-rated sleeping bag alternative, designed to be worn on its own during sleep or with a Layer/PJs underneath for warmth and comfort. These are the perfect option for toddlers or preschoolers transitioning into a big bed, sleep walkers, kids who kick off their blankets, or little starfish who don't like the restriction of a sleeping bag. The Sleep Onesie is made from and filled with GOTS certified organic cotton that is non-toxic and gentle on irritable skin. The stretchy material allows your little one to move freely and stay comfortable for sleep. The 3-way zip configuration is helpful for overnight nappy changes or toilet trips, and foot cuffs add extra warmth for little toes.
The 2.5 TOG Sleep Onesie will keep kids warm during sleep in room temperatures of 17–21°C / 63–70°F. The TOG rating means there is no need for additional blankets in the cot when using this product, making it a safe-sleep option. For older toddler and preschoolers who are 'blanket-training' in a big bed, the TOG rating will help keep them warm if they kick the blankets off during sleep. If using a 2.5 TOG or 3.5 TOG for blanket training, we suggest a light blanket on top to prevent overheating. Parents can follow the FREE room thermometer and What to Wear guide provided with the product, to layer appropriately underneath to keep their child warm. We recommend pairing this pouch with one of our TOG-rated Layers, Bodywear or Pyjamas underneath (sold separately), and you can also wear a pair of socks for extra foot warmth on chilly nights.

The Baby Tuck Sheet is a TOG-rated, safe newborn bed sheet - a baby blanket alternative - suitable from birth. Designed to use over the top of a swaddle or sleeping bag, the Baby Tuck Sheet is a firm-fitting mattress sleeve that provides added security and comfort for a newborn during sleep. Each side of the Baby Tuck Sheet is TOG-rated; simply flip the sheet over to adjust the warmth and follow our Bedding Temperature guide (included) for help layering. The zips allow you to adjust to two levels of firmness (tightness), to find the perfect fit for your baby's size, or strength of startle reflex.
The Baby Tuck Sheet has been stringently tested and approved as safe by leading independent infant safety organisation INPAA. When using the right size for your baby's length and sleep environment, the Baby Tuck Sheet will not come up higher than mid-way up baby's chest following Red Nose safe sleep guidelines. Given the design of the product, the Baby Tuck Sheet cannot become untucked from the mattress, be pulled up near baby's face, or be classified as loose bedding in any way. If your baby does manage to get their legs out of the Tuck Sheet, our newborn bed sheet will simply lie flat on the mattress. Newborns who don't like to be swaddled may find the firmness of the Tuck Sheet comforting in lieu of sleeping with their arms in. Please do not use the Baby Tuck Sheet once your baby shows signs of rolling over.

How do I wash my muslin?
Wash separately using lukewarm water (<40 degrees) and either a gentle hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle.
Use a mild detergent that contains no bleach or optical brighteners.
If you choose to hand wash only leave your muslin to soak for a maximum of 10 minutes.
Air-dry your muslin in the shade.
Store in a cool, dry place with appropriate ventilation.
What is the best way to dry my muslin?
We recommend laying your linen flat to air-dry in the shade and out of direct sunlight. We advise against drying your linen in a tumble dryer. If you do need to use a tumble dryer, do so on low heat only and ensure that your linen is removed whilst still slightly damp and lay flat to finish drying. Over drying your linen in a tumble dryer may cause the linen to become brittle and bleached.
Should I wash my muslin before I use it?
Absolutely! This is something we highly recommend before the first use of all our muslin products.
What products should I use to wash my muslin?
A mild detergent that contains no bleach or optical brighteners.
Should I use fabric softener?
Muslin will naturally soften with each wash and so the use of a fabric softener is not necessary or required when washing muslin.
Can I tumble dry my muslin?
Absolutely! It will come out beautifully soft with a gorgeous ripple texture.
Can I iron my muslin?
The natural creases in muslin are all part of its beauty, so it is not necessary to iron your muslin.

How To Use
- Lay Cocoon on flat, low surface with zip open and arm studs closed.
- Lay baby on top of Cocoon. Tuck legs into swaddle, and zip up with baby's hands in desired position (by sides, or across chest).
- To change a nappy or cool down baby, zip open from the bottom of the swaddle to release legs and lower torso. Zip closed again when finished.
- Layer underneath for warmth as needed.
- To transition to arms-out sleeping once showing signs of rolling, release arms by opening the studs on the shoulders. We suggest doing this one arm at a time over several days.
For a visual guide on how this all comes together, check out our How to Swaddle Video.
If your newborn baby does not like being swaddled, it is safe to sleep them in the Cocoon Swaddle Bag with their arms out from the beginning.
Always sleep your baby in a safe-sleep environment.
